Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) has appointed Rachael Turner to a district commercial manager role as part of the expansion of its team of UK commercial specialists.

Turner, described as an “off-road specialist” by BRP, has worked as a salesperson in the agricultural and off-road sectors, having spent three years at Guy Machinery Ltd. where she was responsible for running the ATV department of the business.

BRP said her appointment is part of its investment in its UK operations, enabling the continued growth of the Can-Am off-road dealer network.

Turner will be now be the main point-of-contact for dealers in the Can-Am off-road dealer network based in the west of England and Wales, BRP said.

She will be tasked with implementing commercial business strategies that will “assist in driving sales opportunities and helping to open new sales avenues for dealers”.

In her new role, she will also be supporting dealers through the provision of exclusive retail promotions from the brand and partner organisations.

BRP’s regional commercial manager for UK, Italy, Ireland and Spain, Anita Gobbo, said: “We are delighted to welcome Rachael as our new district commercial manager.

“With Rachael coming from the dealership side of the industry she is uniquely placed to understand what dealers want and require.

“We are confident this knowledge will be an asset to us and will help deliver tremendous value to the business and the dealers she works with on a day-to-day basis.”
