British manufacturer Redrock Machinery has recently announced its partnership with the Canadian manufacturer, Penta Equipment, highlighting opportunity for growth internationally.
As part of this agreement, Penta, Redrock and the Redrock brand K-Two will come together to become the official North American distributor of Redrock and K-Two equipment.
According to a statement by Redrock Machinery, the manufacturer and K-Two Machinery are known for “high-performance liquid manure tankers and solid manure muck spreaders as well as an extensive range of trailers and feeding equipment”.
“By combining forces, the partnership aims to deliver more innovative, reliable, and efficient machinery to the North American market.”
K-Two Machinery
K-Two Machinery has been a leading agricultural machinery company for more than 35 years.
It was acquired by Redrock Machinery in 2024, after administrators became involved in the brand.
Director of Redrock Machinery, James Rooney, said he saw an opportunity to revive and strengthen the brand.
He explained: “Redrock Machinery’s extensive expertise in liquid manure distribution went hand-in-hand with K-Two’s dominance in dry manure spreading.
“K-Two Machinery’s muck spreaders are synonymous with quality. It seemed like a perfect fit.”
This acquisition of the company has resulted in K-Two “striving in leaps and bounds”, the statement said.
Rooney further said that he attributes this growth to a number of factors; continuity, quality, innovation and customer support.
Terry Kelloway and Ashley Knibb, K-Two’s original founders, continue to play a central role in the new K-Two team.
Maintaining existing dealer relationships has also been key to K-Two’s success, the company said.
It has continued to work with the existing K-Two Dealer Network, while creating new relationships with a number of new dealers throughout the UK and Europe.
The synergies achieved from Redrock and K-Two coming together has helped broaden both companies’ dealer network, the statement said.
Rooney said: “Our recent partnership with the Canadian manufacturer Penta Equipment has highlighted the opportunity for growth internationally for K-Two and Redrock.
“Penta identified an opportunity to enhance their product offering by adding the Redrock slurry equipment and the K-Two muck spreader range to their lineup.”
According to K-Two, Aaron Ingram, new general manager at K-Two, has been using his experience from his time at Redrock Machinery to improve efficiency by driving improvements in the manufacturing process.
Ingram said: “The team is currently working on upgrading the muck spreader range.
“With customer feedback at the heart of everything we do, the model upgrades include easier maintenance access, improved material flow, and efficient operation with lower power requirements, along with an updated machine appearance.”
These upgraded models, along with the addition of new models, will be launched throughout 2026.
