Paul Brennan of Skyfly Photography was at the Tullow Show and has recorded drone footage of the event with amazing results.

The home and dairy side of the show, the livestock competitors, tug of war and even Punch and Judy can all be seen in the video which is filmed from a height.

Trade stands at the show were booked out this year and organisers say it was one of the busiest years for the show.

New classes at the 2015 show included qualifiers for the All-Ireland Christmas Baking Championship and classes for the Aubrac breed in the cattle section.

Pig classes returned to the Tullow Show this year also, organisers said, due to renewed popular demand.

The first show was held on September 19, 1946, in the Gaelic Park, Tullow and despite a lull in 1913, the show has been running since.

Aerial footage of the show opens the video, with the crowds starting to fill into the showgrounds and then people who attended the show begin to make appearances.

Bubbles, bouncy castles and buggies kept the younger people at the show entertained while a machinery exhibition and the many livestock shows were also well attended.

The soundtrack to the video is Over the Rainbow.
